About

After years of reading non-fiction, one day Malinda stumbled upon a book by Debbie Macomber entitled Wyoming Brides.  The enjoyment and pleasure that she derived from that experience stayed with her and encouraged her to switch from writing self-help to writing romance.

So everyday the mild-mannered stay-at-home mother sends her kids to school and then transforms into fun-loving fiction writer Malinda Martin.

Readers be aware:  You will not find erotica here.  You will not find gratuitous sex scenes or vulgar language.  You will find stories of couples finding true love, through obstacles, through tears, and even through laughter.  Malinda’s goal in writing love stories is for her reader to finish her book with a sigh and a smile.

  1. Hi Malinda:)

I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much I enjoyed ‘ Christmas Grace’. I’ ve been reading it all evening, despite the fact that Christmas is over(!) and I really loved Mac and Grace’ s story. Great job!

    • Thanks so much Barb. Your comment was very encouraging. I’m planning a new story out in February, just in time for Valentine’s Day. It’s the story of high school sweethearts reunited, actually thrown together, who must finally deal with their past. Hope you’ll check it out!

      Happy New Year!!

  2. Hi Malinda, I just discovered your books. I just read Christmas Grace and I loved it!! Such a sweet and wholesome story. I just bought The Biggest Part of Me. I’m looking forward to reading it!!

    • Hi Joy!

I can’t tell you how much your comments meant to me. Thank you for the kind remarks. Be sure to look for a new story coming out in the Fall entitled “Heartthrob.” Then if you liked “Christmas Grace” look for the return to Charity, Florida in the story “Comfort and Joy” coming out in November.

      Thanks so much for reading!
